JBLE hosts APOHR for the first time in 5 years
The U.S. Air Force Air Demonstration Squadron Thunderbirds numbers one through four fly in the delta formation during a practice run at the Joint Base Langley-Eustis prior to the Air Power over Hampton Roads Air Show at JBLE, Virginia, May 4, 2023. Flying in a delta formation allows for a longer flight time, saving time and fuel by reducing the need to stop in dangerous territories in real-world scenarios.
