JBLE Hosts APoHR for the First Time in 5 Years
JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. -- The U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds Demonstration Team performs a bomb burst maneuver during the Air Power over Hampton Roads Air Show at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, May 4, 2023. During the bomb burst the aircraft start at a high altitude and dive towards the ground and then separate into individual elements which depart in different directions, finally returning for an opposition pass, at three different levels, over the same point.
